Magic Miso Marinade

Like countless others, we fell in love with a dish made popular by esteemed NYC restaurant, Nobu and cloned (often poorly) or adapted in restaurants around the world — Miso Black Cod.

The sweet and silky fish dish is time-consuming and difficult to make from scratch, so we worked with Master Chef Guy Rubino (who also trained at Nobu) to develop a prepared version of the miso & sake based marinade using the best quality authentic Japanese ingredients to make preparation time a non-issue, without compromising flavour or quality.

Our line of gourmet miso “marinade/sauces” can now be found in Loblaw’s President’s Choice esteemed Black Label program, as well as on the prepared food counters of the grocery chain, Wegman’s — a leader in grocery innovation and high quality.
